uv999 Responsible Gaming —
A safe and controlled gaming experience
uv999 believes the joy of gaming is complete only when it is safe, controlled, and enjoyed with awareness. Your well-being and safety are our top priority.
What Is Responsible Gaming?
Play with awareness while keeping it fun and entertaining.
Online gaming or betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income, and not the only way to relieve stress. On the uv999 platform, we want every player to play within their means and limits so the gaming experience always stays enjoyable.
Responsible gaming means keeping to your budget, following time limits, and seeking help when you feel gaming is getting out of control. At uv999, we provide a number of effective tools and features to ensure these things, keeping you informed and safe.
Remember: uv999 is an entertainment platform. Winning is not guaranteed, and you should not place more bets to try to recover money you have lost. Always play within your means.
Our Safety Tools
uv999 lets you take control of your own gaming experience through these effective tools.
Deposit Limit
You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. This limit will prevent you from going over your budget and stop overspending.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 90 days. During this period, no bets or deposits can be made.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term break, choose the self-exclusion option. This will completely close your account for a set period of time.
Reality Check
A reminder pop-up will appear at set intervals to let you know how long you have been playing and your total wins or losses. This helps you stay aware.
Loss Limit
Set a maximum daily or weekly loss amount. When this limit is reached, the system will automatically prompt you to end your session so no further losses occur.
Round-the-Clock Support
uv999's 24/7 live chat and email support team is always ready to help in both Bengali and English. Contact us immediately for any gaming-related concerns.
21+ Age Verification
Strict age verification for a safe environment.
The uv999 platform is for players aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or playing on this platform. Age is verified at the time of registration, and uv999 reserves the right to verify government-issued ID when necessary.
If you suspect someone you know who is a minor is using this platform, please notify our support team immediately. Parental control software on your device can be used to block children from accessing online gaming sites.
For parents: If your device is easily accessible to children or teenagers, keep browser password locks or parental controls enabled. Tools such as NetNanny or Qustodio can help with this.
